The André Malraux media library is a large French public community library, located in the commune of Strasbourg, Alsace. It is located on the Malraux peninsula, on the edge of the bassin d'Austerlitz, near the Place de l'Étoile and has occupied a former port building of the Seegmuller Armament since 2008. L@ppli numérique is the generic name of the digital mediation devices, training courses and workshops of the Strasbourg Media Library network, of which here is the latest program and blog.

Hackstub, and more particularly the association Alsace Réseau Neutre, regularly ran Libérons-nous du pistage workshops and conferences there between 2016 and 2019.
